What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we offer a simple and straightforward return & exchange policy if its within 30 days of purchase.
How long does delivery take?
We use a number of different couriers to deliver our parcels safely and on-time. This is usually between Royal Mail, DPD & Evri. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of purchasing but may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Can I collect from store?
Yes you can select to collect from store when ordering online. Be sure to allow time for the team to pack your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are proudly made in our studio just outside of Glasgow. We handcraft everything in small batches, placing care and attention into every step of the process. Craftsmanship is at the heart of what we do — it’s what makes each product feel that little bit more special.
