How long is delivery?

We use a number of different couriers to deliver our parcels safely and on-time. This is usually between Royal Mail, DPD & Evri. Deliveries are usually made within 24-48 hours of purchasing but may take slightly longer on occasion.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to take orders over the telephone. You can purchase on any of our channels including our website, TikTok & Instagram.

What if my order is incorrect?

Simply reach out to our dedicated customer support team at orders@muirandme.com and they will be happy to assist with a refund & return.

Are you doing anything to be sustainable?

Yes! We do our very best to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum and we aim to be 100% carbon neutral by 2030. We recycle all materials where possible and also use plastic that is part of the Prevented Ocean Plastic Programme.
