Is there a minimum spend?
There’s no set minimum spend — we simply require a minimum order of 300 candles. Pricing is tailored based on order volume, any repeat business, and the specific needs of your project. We’ll provide a full quote once we understand your vision.
How long does the ordering process take?
The full process — from initial enquiry through to delivery — typically takes between 6 to 12 weeks. Reorders for returning clients may have shorter lead times. We’ll always confirm your production timeline before getting started, and where possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate tighter deadlines.
Do you offer collaborations instead of full white labelling?
As we produce and prioritise our own Muir & Me product range, we don’t currently offer collaborations with small or boutique brands. Our white labelling service is designed for businesses looking for their own fully-branded, private candle line.
what is the refund policy for white labelling
A deposit is required to secure your order, with the amount confirmed at the quotation stage. Due to the bespoke nature of our service — including product design and fragrance development — all payments are final once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable. If you change your mind partway through the process, we’ll always try to accommodate where possible, but any payments made up to that point may be forfeited.
