Our hessian bags are made to be used more than once. Bring ten back to us in good, reusable condition and we will take 10% off your next order, giving them a second life instead of a place in the bin.

Keep the small and large hessian bags your orders come in. Once you have ten in good, reusable condition, they are ready to come home.
Bring them back
Drop them in at the studio, or at The Barras any weekend. If you cannot get in, post them to the studio instead. Bringing them in is free, and a little greener.
Take 10% off
We check them over, then give you a single-use code for 10% off your next order. In store on the spot, or by email if you posted them.
What counts as reusable
Clean and dry
Wiped down if they need it, with nothing left inside.
Whole and intact
No rips or tears, and handles still attached.
Not heavily marked
A little wear is fine, deep stains and creases are not.
Ready for the next hands
In short, anything we would happily pass to the next customer.

Why we do it
We make our fragrance in small batches in Glasgow, and we would rather a good bag was used again than made twice. Bringing yours back keeps them out of the bin, saves the making of a new one, and means the next order can travel home in something that has already done the trip once. It is a small thing. Most good habits are.
Common questions
Which bags count?
Our small and large hessian bags, ten of them, in reusable condition. Paper gift bags and pouches do not count.
What condition do they need to be in?
Clean, dry and whole, with handles intact and no heavy marks. A little gentle wear is fine. As a rule, if we could hand it to the next customer, it counts.
Do all ten need to come back at once?
Yes. We count and check ten together, then issue one code, so there is nothing to keep track of between visits.
Can I post my bags instead of visiting?
Yes, send them to the studio at your own cost and we will email your code once they arrive. We would rather see you in store though, it is free and kinder to the planet.
How do I get my discount?
We give you a single-use code for 10% off your next order, on the spot in store or by email for posted returns.
Can I use it with my rewards points or another offer?
The code will not stack with another discount code, but you will still earn your usual rewards points on the order.
