How delivery and returns work, in plain terms. If anything is unclear, we are only a message away.
Delivery
How we send it
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery across mainland UK and Northern Ireland. On occasion, orders to Northern Ireland may travel with a different courier.
Order before 1pm
Order before 1pm and we aim to have it with you the next day. Orders placed from Saturday after 12pm until Monday 1pm are dispatched on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.
Once it leaves us
Once a parcel leaves our studio it is in the courier's hands. We always aim for next day, but cannot guarantee it once it is on its way.
Cost & tracking
UK delivery is free on orders over £30; otherwise the cost is shown clearly at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
Our window
We accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in a resaleable condition.
Faulty items
We also accept returns of faulty goods. These are inspected once they reach us, and where there is a fault we will put it right.
Return postage
The cost of returning an item is the customer's responsibility. We are not able to cover return postage.
Our discretion
We reserve the right to decline a return where these conditions are not met.
Damaged on arrival
If something arrives broken
We are sorry, and we will make it right. Send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we will sort a replacement or a refund.
