Orders & delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. If you are ordering from further afield and would like one of our pieces, get in touch and we will do our best to help.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £30; otherwise the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery across mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
When will my order arrive?
Order before 1pm and we aim for next-day delivery. Orders placed from Saturday after 12pm until Monday 1pm are dispatched on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday. Once a parcel leaves us we cannot guarantee the courier's timing.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in a resaleable condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we accept faulty goods back for inspection. Get in touch and we will talk you through it.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry. Send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Products & care
Are your candles really hand poured?
Yes. Everything is hand poured in small batches from our studio in Glasgow.
How long will a candle burn?
With good care our 30cl candles give around thirty-five to forty-five hours of burn time. Our Care & Tips notes show how to get the most from each one.
What is an Aroma Melt?
A flame-free way to scent a room. Warmed in an electric or tea-light warmer, our plant-wax Aroma Melts are stronger than a candle and fill a room quickly.
Are your room sprays safe to use around pets?
Yes. Our room sprays are non-staining and pet friendly, so you can use them freely around the home.
Do you make fragrance for weddings or other brands?
