Payment information

Payments are taken securely by our payment providers through Shopify, our store platform. We do not see or store your full card details.

We use your information, and rely on the following legal bases, to:

• Run your account and the rewards programme (to perform our contract, or with your consent)
• Send order updates and respond to your enquiries (to perform our contract, or our legitimate interest in helping you)
• Send marketing emails, where you have asked us to (with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time)
• Understand and improve how the site is used (with your consent, through analytics)
• Prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations (our legitimate interests and legal duties)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted partners who help us run our business, including:

• Shopify, which powers our store and checkout
• Our payment providers, who process your payment securely
• Royal Mail and other couriers, to deliver your order
• Our email provider, to send order and account messages
